Founded by Nadege Fleurimond, BunNan offers a fresh twist on Haitian cuisine. Inspired by "bannann" (plantains in Haitian-Creole), we’ve reimagined plantains as the star of our signature sandwiches—replacing traditional bread for a bold, unforgettable flavor.
